Disconnecting during a contract:
If you disconnect your service before the end of your contract, you may be charge early termination fees (ETFs), according to the charts below.

NOTE: If a customer with the Recovery Act Basic package disconnects service within 30 days of install, they will not be charged ETFs and will be refunded for unused service. This only applies to the Recovery Act Basic package.
