Close all open applications on your PC

Select the Start button on the Windows toolbar

Select Control Panel from the menu to open the Control Panel window

In the Control Panel window, select Network and Internet Connections to open the Network and Internet Connections window

In the Network and Internet Connections window, select Network Connections to open the Network Connections window

In the Network Connections window, double-click on the Local Area Connection Icon to open the Local Area Connection Properties window

In the Local Area Connection Properties window, select the General tab.

In the “This connection uses the following items:” section, select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

Select the Properties button to open the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window

In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window, verify/select the radio buttons for Obtain an IP Address Automatically and Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically

Select the OK button to save the changes and close the window

Continue to select OK to close out of all open windows and restart your computer
