Provisioning a replacement modem
Summary
Connects a replacement modem to the WildBlue service through activation
Content
Restart the computer
- Restart your computer and the Login page appears. (If the above screen does not appear, please launch your Internet browser.)
- Type your User ID and Password. Note: Use the username and password used to access your WildBlue email account
- Click Submit.

Activating
- Click Replace.

- Restart the computer.
- Plug the modem into the power source.
- Contact Customer Care if assistance is required.
