Summary

Connects a replacement modem to the WildBlue service through activation

Restart the computer

Replace Provision Screen 1
  1. Restart your computer and the Login page appears.  (If the above screen does not appear, please launch your Internet browser.)
  2. Type your User ID and Password. Note: Use the username and password used to access your WildBlue email account 
  3. Click Submit.

 

Activating

  1. Click Replace

 

Reset the modem

  1. Unplug the modem from the power source.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Plug the modem into the power source.
  4. Contact Customer Care if assistance is required.
