With the existing modem, please follow the instructions below to ensure the modem is properly returned to WildBlue and no additional charges are incurred.

Equipment Return Instructions:
Your original equipment must be returned within 30 days of receipt of replacement equipment. If we have not received your equipment at the end of 30 days, you will be billed for the cost of your replacement equipment. Please be sure to retain the customer copy of the UPS label when you return your original equipment. This is your proof of shipment back to WildBlue Communications. Equipment will be inspected upon return. If the equipment is identified as being damaged by the customer, the customer will be charged for the damaged equipment. |
