Return Instructions:

  1. Carefully pack the modem into the box that contained your replacement equipment.  Return all equipment that you received replacements for.
  2. Affix the pre-addressed, prepaid UPS label to the top of the box.  The UPS label is located in the box.
  3. Telephone UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to locate the closest drop off site.  Drop your return at a UPS location and WildBlue Communications pays the UPS charge for the return shipping.  You may also call UPS to arrange for pickup from you, however, a charge will be assessed to you for the pickup service only.

Your original modem must be returned within 30 days of receipt of replacement equipment.  If we have not received your modem at the end of 30 days, you will be billed for the cost of your replacement equipment.  Please be sure to retain the customer copy of the UPS label when you return your original modem.  This is your proof of shipment back to WildBlue Communications.  Equipment will be inspected upon return.

If the modem is identified as being damaged by the customer, the customer will be charged for the damaged equipment, but WildBlue will not send the damaged modem back to the customer.
