Returning the Modem as part of a Modem Swap
Summary
If your modem needs replacing while your Customer Agreement is still in force, you may need to return the original modem to WildBlue to avoid additional charges. This article provides you with those instructions.
Note: Modems damaged by the customer or by Acts of God are always charged for replacement. Customers may keep these modems.

Return Instructions:
Your original modem must be returned within 30 days of receipt of replacement equipment. If we have not received your modem at the end of 30 days, you will be billed for the cost of your replacement equipment. Please be sure to retain the customer copy of the UPS label when you return your original modem. This is your proof of shipment back to WildBlue Communications. Equipment will be inspected upon return. |
