Summary

Use this article to change or update the Contact Email Address. WildBlue uses this address to communicate important updates to customers including billing invoices.

Prerequisites

  1. Log into wildblue.net using the Primary email user name and password.

  1. From the Personalized Start Page, click My Account from the options at the top of the screen. The Manage My Account screen for the Primary user appears.
  2. Click Manage Account to edit information on the Primary account.

Change Contact Email

Contactemail

  1. Type a  complete email address in Contact Email.

    2. Note: WildBlue uses this address to communicate important updates to customers, including billing invoices.

  2. Click Save to finalize any changes made.
    3. Changessaved
  3. A message populates showing "Your changes have been saved successfully".
