Viewing a Bill Online

The following information provides the steps for resolving a customer issue with a bill.

- To view your bill, go to http://www.wildblue.net/ and click View My Bill.
- The login page for the Self Care Portal Service Center opens.

Type your Username and Password, created when you ordered WildBlue service.
Note: You may have reset this.

If the Username / Password result in an error message, click the back button on the browser and click Contact Customer Care in the View My Bill area.

- If the Username and Password are correct, the Bill History appears.

Click one of the Invoice Numbers to view a specific bill.

The Bill provides all information pertaining to the account through the billing date provided in the history.

The Bill Date is the date payment is requested from the financial institution.

Within the next three days, the money is withdrawn from the account.
- Click Bill History to return to the Bill History Screen.
