Viewing a Bill Online

The following information provides the steps for resolving a customer issue with a
bill.

- To view your bill, go to http://www.wildblue.net/ and click Account Management.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click View my Bill. The login page for the Self Care Portal Service Center opens.
- Type your Username and Password, created when you ordered WildBlue service.
Note: You may have reset this.

If the Username / Password results in an error message, return to www.wildblue.net, and click Contact Us.

Follow the prompts on the screen to send a request to reset the Self Care Portal Username / Password.

- If the Username and Password are correct, the Bill History appears.

Click one of the Invoice Numbers to view a specific bill.

The Bill provides all information pertaining to the account through the billing date provided in the history.

The Bill Date is the date payment is requested from the financial institution.

Within the next three days, the money is withdrawn from the account.

Do not process a payment on the customer's bill cycle date nor within 72 hours after that date. The customer will be double billed if payments are process on the bill cycle date or within 72 hours after that date.
- Click Go Back to return to the Bill History Screen.
