Will the WildBlue Optimizer fix problems connecting to the WildBlue network?

No, the WildBlue Optimizer improves the performance of the service by making changes to Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari browsers. Other unsupported browsers can be configured manually to get the same performance benefits as those delivered by the WildBlue Optimizer. 
Note: Find the appropriate browser under the "Cannot Browse" sub-categories.

Connection problems may be resolved by changing DHCP settings in the operating system.
