When can I install F-Secure?
Installers are required to confirm that all computers have an active anti-virus/spyware program when installing WildBlue service. If customers wish to continue using their current anti-virus/spyware program, they may install WildBlue Security Center later.
The free year of anti-virus/spyware service begins once the customer's account is provisioned (activated), NOT when the key is activated. Customer Care provides keys if necessary.
