Summary

This article describes how to configure ViaSat Security Center (F-Secure) to obtain program updates which insures that the computer is protected against newly discovered viruses and spyware/malware.

Update Automatically

 Icon   Desktop Icon

  1. Right-click the F-Secure icon in the Windows system tray.
  2. The context menu appears. Click Open. The Home page appears.
  3. Choose Check for Updates

  1. Click the Settings button
  2. Click Manual Scanning to manually request an update.
  3. Choose your scanning options and actions

Scheduled Scanning

  1. Click the Settings button from the main page of the
  2. Click Schedule Scanning to schedule updates.
