Why was I charged the first month since I signed up under the Free Month promotion?
Your first bill for monthly services will have several smaller charges:

fees for leased equipment

fees for any add-on services

any pro-rated fees for service from the day you ordered to the day of your billing cycle

taxes for all services including the free month
You will see a credit adjustment for the first monthly service charge. Your first bill will also show the activation charge and its payment, taken on the day you ordered your service.
