If WildBlue terminates service due to Acceptable Use policy violations, is the customer still responsible for termination fees?
Repeated violations of the Acceptable Use Policy allow WildBlue to terminate the Customer Agreement for breach of contract. If the minimum term of the contract is not satisfied at that time, the customer must pay termination fees, which is the amount of the balance of the contract.
