Prerequisites
A dial-up account must first be created on the Customer Portal.

On the Desktop, click the Start button on the Windows toolbar.

Select Control Panel from the pop-up menu to open the Control Panel window.

From the Control Panel, double click the Network and Sharing Center option.
NOTE: If the Control Panel looks different choose Classic View from the left side of the screen.

Under the Tasks list on the left side of the screen click the Set up a connection or network text icon. This will bring up the Choose a connection option screen.

From the Choose a connection option screen click Set up a dial-up connection and click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

On the Set up a dial-up connection screen enter your Dial up access number and WildBlue Username and Password. When completed choose the Create button at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: A dial-up account must first be created in the Customer Portal.

You will now see a screen saying that The connection to the Internet is ready to use. There are also instructions on the bottom on how to find your newly created connection. Click the Close radio button at the bottom of the screen to exit.
Congratulations! You are now able to connect to the Internet through your WildBlue dial up connection.
