How does WildBlue warn customers that they may be exceeding their Usage Thresholds?
You will receive a Fair Access Policy (FAP) warning notice via your contact email address when your usage reaches 80% of either Usage Threshold (upload or download) for your service package.
Note: “WildBlue communicates billing and other important account information with our customer’s via Email only. After installation, you must activate your WildBlue email account to ensure we can communicate with you."
