What is the Discounted Repair Program?
When a customer's equipment is outside of their initial limited warranty period and requires a service call, purchasing the Discounted Repair Program gives the customer the following benefits in exchange for agreeing to a new 12 month service agreement:
- The $119 cost of the Discounted Repair Program includes the initial service call.
- Free equipment replacement for the length of the new service agreement (12 months from order date).
- WildBlue covers the cost of any subsequent service calls within 90 days of the Discounted Repair Program order date.
Note: Replacement equipment may be new or refurbished.
