Use this article to delete Secondary email accounts in the Manage My Account screen.

Configemail
  1. From the Manage My Account screen click Configure Email.
  2. Deleteacct
  3. Carefully scroll through the existing Secondary email accounts and decide which one(s) to delete.

    Note: It is essential to delete the correct account because once the account is deleted, emails are not retrievable.

  4. Inside that email address’ area, click Delete.
  5. Deleteprompt
  6. A warning box stating that the email address and all email will be deleted.
  7. Click OK to continue deleting the email box.
  8. Changessaved
  9. A message stating “Your changes have been saved successfully” appears and the email account has been removed.
