Use this article to delete Secondary email accounts in the Manage My Account screen.

  1. Using your browser, go to http://www.wildblue.net
  2. Click My Account/New User. The Manage My Account page appears.
    Note: Do not log in using "WildBlue Customer Login" just below the banner.

  3. Type the primary account user name and password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Configemail
  6. Click Configure Email.
  7. Deleteacct
  8. Carefully scroll through the existing Secondary email accounts and decide which one(s) to delete. Note: It is essential to delete the correct account because once the account is deleted, emails are not retrievable.
  9. Inside that email address’ area, click Delete.
  10. Deleteprompt
  11. A warning box stating that the email address and all email will be deleted.
  12. Click OK to continue deleting the email box.
  13. Changessaved
  14. A confirmation message appears and the email account has been removed.
