1. Must have an active email account(s) @wildblue.net

Content

1. On the wildblue.net generic homepage, enter a Username (without @wildblue.net) in the Username box. Leave the Password area blank.
2. Click Forget Your Password? The Password Reset page appears.

3. In the first box in the middle of the page, type the answer to the displayed security question.
4. Click the box labeled New Password and type a new password according to the guidelines displayed.
5. Click the box labeled New Password Confirm and re-type the password created in the previous step.
6. Click Reset Password.
7. The customer is now logged into their Gmail inbox.
