Who is SupportServicesLive (Peak8)?

What Products does SupportServicesLive support?

What are the fees?

Fees are on a per-incident basis, and vary depending on the level of service provided.

WB Retail customers may speak with a SupportServicesLive representative who describes pricing and billing procedures, and answers any other questions before proceeding. The customer is under no obligation when speaking with SupportServicesLive  representatives about their services. Customers accept or decline the service after receiving the answers to their questions.

When is SupportServicesLive available?

Representatives are available via phone or online 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Where is more information available?

More information is available online at http://www.supportserviceslive.com.

Why does WBDirect collaborate with SupportServicesLive instead of just helping customers with everything?

WB Retail technical agents provide support for the customer’s internet connection, the hardware, and software. They are unable to provide support for software or hardware provided by other third-party companies. SupportServicesLive agents are highly skilled with a variety of third-party products, so they are the perfect partner to assist WildBlue in meeting the needs of their customers.

How can I contact SupportServicesLive?

Reach SupportServicesLive by phone at 1–866–600–3927, or visit them online at http://www.supportserviceslive.com. A technical agent may transfer a customer to SupportServicesLive after completing all troubleshooting.
