Update Your Recurring Credit Card Payment
Summary
The following steps will assist you when submitting an online request to update your credit card information using the Update Credit Card Form.
You must type in information in all fields marked with an asterisk. WildBlue will process your request within 24 business hours.
Reminder: Updating your credit card does not make a one-time payment. Please call Customer Care to complete that payment.
Content
- Go to Update Recurring Credit Card Payment screen. The Update Your Account Information Login Screen will appear.

- Type in your username and password to login.

- Verify the following account information for accuracy.
- Account Holder Name
- WildBlue Account Number
- Service Address
- Current Mailing Address
- Contact Email Address
- Current Payment Method
- Select the Credit Card radio button under Update Your Payment Method.
- Type in your new credit card information in the Update Credit Card Information section. Remember to fill in all required fields.
- Name (as it appears on card)
- Billing Address Zip
- Card Type
- Card Number

Expiration Month/Year
Note: After selecting the Card Type Field the Credit Card Number Field will appear.
6. Select the Submit button.

7. After the request is successfully submitted, the above message will display on the grayed-out screen. It will provide a:
- Transaction ID number for the update request.
- Email confirming the transaction.
8. Select OK at the bottom of the message to return to the Managing Your WildBlue Account page.
