Summary

The following steps will assist you when submitting an online request to update your mailing address, phone number, and contact email, using online eCare.

All fields marked with an asterisk are required to be complete.  ViaSat will process your request within 24 business hours.

This form cannot be used if your name has legally changed, if you want to change the name on the account from a person to a business, or if your service address has changed.  Please contact Customer Care for help with these types of changes.

  1. From www.wildblue.net go to Account Management. Scroll down and locate the section labeled Update Your Contact Information.
 
 2. Type in your username and password to login.  This is the same username and password you use to access your Wildblue.net email address.  If you do not have a WildBlue.net email address click on the New users click here link at Wildblue.net or click the following link - WildBlue.net First Time Sign In Help

3.  Check the box next to each section that you wish to update in the Update Mailing Address/Contact Information section.  After you check the box(es), the screen refreshes to show you the fields for updating your information.  Fill in all required fields. 
  • Mailing Address
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
  • Phone Number
    • Contact Phone
    • Alternate Phone
  • Contact Email

  1. After the request is successfully submitted, the above message will display on the grayed-out screen. It will provide a:
     
    • Transaction ID number for the update request.
    • Email confirming the transaction.

  2. Select OK at the bottom of the message to return to the Managing Your Account page.
