Summary

If you've exceeded your usage thresholds, WildBlue offers the Low-Bandwidth Usage Utility so you can monitor and compare your current bandwidth usage with your service package's 30 day bandwidth thresholds.

  1. The utility is online at http://myusage.wildblue.net.
  2. To log in, use the same username and password you use to log in to your homepage. 
    Note: if you haven't set up or activated your wildblue.net email account, please refer to WildBlue.net First Time Sign In Help.  You won't be able to access the Low Bandwidth Usage Utility until this has been done.
  3. After logging in, review your usage in table form or click "GRAPH VIEW" to review your usage in graph form:

The Low Bandwidth Usage Utility tracks the following bandwidth-usage information:

  • Percentage Used
  • Current Usage
    • The Current Usage field shows the actual number of gigabytes uploaded and downloaded in your previous rolling 30 day period.
  • Maximum Available Threshold
    • This is the total data usage available to you for any rolling previous 30 day period. Total available data usage is based on your service package.

Clicking "Graph View" shows the information in a graph format as below:

  • There are two graphs: one for Download Usage and one for Upload Usage. 
  • The currently used percentage of your service package's   upload and download Usage Thresholds appears at the top of each graph.
  • Each graph has a red line indicating your service package's  Maximum Data Upload and/or Download thresholds.
  • If your usage for the previous rolling 30 days is less than 80%,  the current usage bar(s) are green.  If your usage is between 79.9% and 100%, your usage data bar(s) are yellow.  If you have exceeded your usage thresholds, the usage bar(s) are red.
  • In each bar a number shows in gigabytes your current usage over the previous rolling 30 days.
