Installing the WildBlue Pulse Tool

The following details how you can install the WildBlue Pulse diagnostic tool.

To install WildBlue Pulse, click here:
- read and accept the license agreement
- follow the on-screen instructions
If the Microsoft .NET V2.0 Framework is not currently installed on your PC the Pulse installation process stops. You can install the framework by clicking
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en.

You then are prompted to:
- Install the .NET Framework
- Follow the instructions from Microsoft
- Restart the Pulse installation from the beginning.
After you have finished the installation, It is recommended that you run a short diagnostic test and upload the results to WildBlue in order to provide a snapshot of your system. This allows us to compare any future issues to your submitted results and make recommendations that will enhance your WildBlue experience.
To run the diagnostics:
- Click Diagnostics from any screen to display the Diagnostics screen.
- Click Run Diagnostics to run the test.
- If a message appears asking if you'd like to automatically submit your diagnostic tests, click Yes.
