Checking Your WildBlue Pulse Diagnostics Details
Summary
After you run a System Diagnostics, you can view the report that is sent to WildBlue. This article reviews how to do that. Remember that Pulse helps diagnose "slow speed" problems, so information contained in the report highlights the wide variety of factors that can contribute to the WildBlue service not performing optimally.
