News - 01/27/2009 - New Online eCare Forms for Customers
Starting January 27, 2009, WildBlue customers can send an online request to update the payment method or contact information we have on file from help.wildblue.net.
You no longer need to call Customer Care to update your credit card or bank account information. In addition, you can also update your contact information using the one of our new online forms. For example, you can change or correct your phone number, your billing address, your name**, or your contact email address with the Update Customer Information form.
These forms are easy to use, but if you need additional information, the following articles will assist you in submitting a request using any of the three online forms:

**Note: If you have legally changed your name, or your business' name, you must contact Customer Care to inform us of that change.
