  1. Go to www.wildblue.com/friends
  2. The new customer has two WBRES account numbers:  his own, and the existing customer's.

Entering an Request

Portal Refer a friend submit
  1. Type the WBRES account numbers into the fields, as described
  2. Type the CAPTCHA words into the field, as described. If the words are illegible, click the    Portal Referafriend captcha   icon.
  3. Click Submit.

    • If the account numbers meet the requirements of the program, a confirmation screen appears. The credit appears on the next bill.

    • If the request fails for any reason, an error message appears. 
      1. Review the error message carefully for information on what went wrong, and on how to fix it.
      2. If the error continues, or if there is no response from the website after clicking Submit, contact Customer Care for assistance.
        Note: If you reach us by chat or email, please include all WBRES account numbers.
