Prerequisites
- The dial-up product must be on the customer's account.
Content
- Close all applications that are active on the customer’s PC.

- Click Internet Access in the System Tray (right side of the Task bar).

- Click Open Network and Sharing Center.

- Click Set up a new connection or network. The Network options screen appears.

Click Set up a dial-up connection and click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

In User name and Password, type your primary WildBlue.net account and its password. For example, joesmith@wildblue.net

Select Remember this password, if you desire.

In Connection name, change the name of this connection if you desire.

Select Allow other people to use this connection, if you desire.

When the form is complete, the Create button is active.

Click Create, and then OK. The dial-up connection is ready to use.

To use the dial-up connection, return to Internet Access (in the System tray).

Select the name of the dial-up connection

Click Connect.
