How do I get to my email and other ViaSat (WildBlue or Exede) online services?Proceed to www.wildblue.net. Log in using your WildBlue.net email address and password.
Once you are signed into your personal start page, on the top right click the link titled Add stuff. This will take you to section named Add stuff to your homepage.
You will see a gadget named WildBlue Useful Links, click Add it now.
The button will now read P Added.
On the top left of the page click on the link named Back to homepage and you will be directed back to your start page.
You will notice the WildBlue Useful Links gadget added to your homepage. From this gadget you can access Account Management, Online help, Contact WildBlue including the WildBlue Forum, or View Usage. |
What will the personal start page look like?Your personal start page will look something like the below depending on what gadgets you have loaded. |
Why is there no ViaSat (WildBlue or Exede) logo and how can I tell I’m on my personal start page?The logo has been replaced with the iGoogle logo, which reflects the technology platform behind your personal start page. To differentiate the ViaSat (WildBlue/Exede) version of iGoogle from the free version of iGoogle, look in the browser address bar.

How do I add new gadgets to my personal start page?Click on the “Add Stuff” link and when you find the gadget you want to add, simply click on the “Add it now” button. After clicking on the “Back to Homepage” link, you will see the gadget has been added to your personal start page. |
If my gadget requires a password, do I still need to enter it on the personal start page?Yes, for a gadget that requires user authentication and login, you will need the username and password. Do not use your ViaSat (WildBlue/Exede) username and password for gadgets. |
